  • Our 11th Annual John Syrett Lobster Bake

was held in Owls Head on Saturday, August 17th. We heard from Gubernatorial candidates Steve Woods and Congressman Mike Michaud on a perfect Maine summer day overlooking Muscle Ridge Channel and Penobscot Bay.

A great meal was served by Mike Mayo's crew and a slew of volunteers.

Thanks to everyone who contributed in every way.

Gerald Weinand posted a video of Congressman Michaud's remarks on Saturday, and remarks by Steve Woods at our June meeting.

    Here's the Village Soup article.
